NEW JOURNEY ~ TOWARDS A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

hai blog! bersawang teruk ni... happy april 2017 blog!! hahaha

anyway... since 2017 ni.. nad dah mula berazam untuk hidup dengan cara sihat. i want to eat healthy and i want to stay active. perkara pertama nad buat masa nak realisasikan azam tahun baru ni adalah cari geng. past few years, dah cuba nak hidup cara sihat.. tp sayang hanya sekerat jalan aje. bila xde geng. rasa down. cepat putus asa. so nak dipendekkan cite. one day, while scrolling through IG ternampak kevin Zahri(KV) share pasal program Jom Kurus 1 Malaysia musim ke8 (JK1M8). tgok2 list kawasan and i saw "TANJUNG MALIM" and without even thinking further...terus enroll. lepas dah enroll...br terfikir nak ajak kawan2 ofis join.. hahaha *takut le tu dia sorang gendut dlm team...

so i follow 6 weeks program dengan team JK1M8 ni. macam2 aktiviti kiteorang buat. dr jogging, circuit training, boot camp, aquarobic and one activity which is hiking nad xdpt join sbb outstation.. overall. enjoy the journey.. and after completing 6 weeks.nad manage to lost 5.7kg. yeayyyyyy syiok kan...

I was 94.9kg when i started JK1M8. yup.. gigantic nad. tp orang selalu ckp nad rangka besar. nad tinggi. but deep down i know. i am obese. i have to control my weight otherwise i would end up getting 100++kg in 2018. so after completing the 6weeks challenge my weight became 89.2kg. tak ingat bila kali terakhir ade berat bermula dgn angka 8* ni. hahaha i am happy but i am not going to stop.

after the 6weeks challange. kami team TM masih meneruskan aktiviti sihat. dengan jogging and zumba. dan macam2 aktiviti lain lah yg diorang buat. nad just manage to join this 2 activities. but for me my main concern is on my diet. i have applied what KV teach me. on how to count my calories intake and how to manage my calories  deficit. In the next entry nad akan share mcm mana nak kira keperluan kalori harian dan mcm mana nak set target untuk berat ideal korang. Actually..nak buat apa pon mesti ada target. dan mesti tau cara yang betul. barulah boleh berjaya dan tak frustrated. and the time and target must also be realistic and achievable. and we must enjoy the journey...

guess what.. by applying the calories counting method and some exercises. to be specific. twice a week. i manage to lost few kilos. and now by today 11 April 2017, my current weight is 85.6kg. which means ive lost 9.3kg. yipppie!!!! happy giler. this is within 13weeks and i am not suffer at all. Tp most people did not recognize the weight lost but i am so happy bila tgok penimbang. xtau lemak tang mana yang betul2 disappear. tp i am giler happy. inch loss here and there..

so u all pon confirm boleh buat. just that you have to know the correct method and semangat tu kene tinggi dan betulkan niat.. untuk kesihatan..bukan untuk bergaya pakai baju sendat mendat naa... so tunggu la next entry nad akan share mcm mana nad set target nad utk kurangkan berat ni. xtaula bila nak mai mood mengarang tu hahaha,, till then, nad belanja satu gambaq 2016 (left) dan 2017(right). from 94.9kg to 85.6kg...kikikiiiii jom sihat weh!!!
