like to translate lagu english 2 bahasa malaysia.. sometime to dialeg negeri2. then after da translate we all nyanyila.. tergelak terbahak2 la kami.. so nice tat time. si watie dgn dialeg nogorinye..hahaha. tomorrow i'l translate satu lagu tok u'all dgr ok babe!

for now nak tanye pendapat u all. mane lagi penting?? kelayakan or kebolehan?? if u r SOMEBODY then u have to hire someone..which criteria would you prefer most?? memang x dinafikan,kelayakan memang penting though mane2 iklan jawtan kosong pon will stated kan qualification yg mereka perlu. but do u know?? qualification is nothing without ur capability. nak tau why i said so?? yela bayangkan kalu u ada degree or master even PHD but xde kebolehan berinteraksi, mcm mane u nak hadapi temuduga.

n somemore once u entered alam pekerjaan kebolehan mengatasi kelulusan.. manela ade org tanye "ape kelulusan u?". org akan tanye "ape yg u bleh buat??" AM I RIGHT??
psl interview ni..org2 yg berkebolehan bercakap,

penting tau berinteraksi secara serius mase inteview..kalau tergagagagagap.. xde can nak dpt post. p je join gugugaga erra k!
nak highlight, kebolehan ni penting coz ade je org yg berkelayakan tp bila bg kerja jd blur.. n last2 org yg xberkelayakan or in other meaning org bawahan yg tolong settlekan mslh 2. but then as usual mereka2 ni gak dpt credit.
fedup btol kat org camni. yang tolong buat 2 as usual redha jela dgn perangai si pulan tersebut.
kalu aku la dah lame aku take revenge..hahahaha
lagi satu..kepelbagaian kebolehan yg u all ada sgt penting waktu bekerja ni.. contohnya kebolehan berkata lebih dr kemampuan

aku pon slalu buat daaa pengetahuan xbyk mane tp bila perbincangan sentiasa je bg idea2 bernas.sedangkan perkara yg diluahkan 2 hanya dibaca through internet. rite?
then kebolehan untuk membidas n berpidato. kebolehan ni amat penting coz alam pekerjaan ni xde frenship sgt. sume org nak lepaskan tengkuk

so kalu kantoi sesautu assignment 2 kenela pandai membidas n sediakan alasan yg mantop n meletup2. contohnya bg term2 yg bos xbrape faham..
cam aku leh la aku cite pasl serverla, servis provider la..at the end bos aku yg xIT 2 mesti ngalah..
tp ingat kalu terlampau berkebolehan jgnlak nak over acting. sume keje kau nak sapu. nti luar dr skop tugasan. last2 kamu yg terngaga.

sendri kene hengat la kan....so after i dah potpetpotpet ni, ape yg korang rase? sebenarnye korang dpt keje 2 really base on qualification or capability??
P/S; i think my part.. i got job more based on my capability.why?? coz i goreng so much mase interview..hahahaha. till now malu nak sembang ngan org yg interview i. sape dia?? biarlah rasia...
shame2 me.. memang xdpt peluang nak main2 ngan pengetahuan IT sepenuhnya..
